Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing account management or project management.
• Experience with print and/or POS display programs.
• Proven track record in managing supplier relationships and vendor communications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Understand client goals and industry trends to deliver strategic, brand-aligned solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution — from briefs and quoting to production and delivery.
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, resolving issues within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to meet deadlines.
• Work directly with suppliers to manage production schedules, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Review samples and creative outputs to ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share actionable insights for optimization.
