Job summary

Phase 3 Marketing and Communications is seeking a Print Project Manager in Dallas to oversee client projects from conception through production, ensuring on-time delivery and flawless execution. The role combines sales and production collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 1 year of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; print experience is a plus, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite being beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1 year of project management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Print experience desired, but open to other project management backgrounds.
• Basic working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite desired.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience with project management software desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and monitoring production orders, schedules, and deliverables.
• Liaison between client, sales, and production to ensure all required project details are communicated and documented to ensure success.
• Identify, resolve, and communicate order, product and delivery issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Escalate issues in a timely and professional manner to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project health and submit timely project status reports as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver impeccable customer service.
• Ensure client quality and delivery expectations are met.
• Provide sales and client support as needed for the Vice President of Strategic & National Accounts in Dallas.
