Job summary

Instant Impact, a global marketing activation partner, seeks an Account Manager to lead print and POS projects. You will be the main client contact, translate goals into brand-aligned solutions, and oversee production from brief to delivery.

Responsibilities include managing timelines and budgets, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers, monitoring campaign results, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing account management or project management role
• Experience with print and/or POS programs
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve issues
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client contact and build trusted relationships
• Understand client goals and industry trends to deliver brand-aligned solutions
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from briefs to production and delivery
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks
• Maintain proactive communication with clients within SLAs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
• Work with suppliers to manage production schedules, quality, and delivery timelines
• Review samples and outputs to ensure consistency with brand standards
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share actionable insights for optimization
