Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with performance data and reporting packs.
• Experience at Manager level with strong leadership capability.
• Strong operational and process design mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the Americas region.
• Operationalize contractual KPIs and capture required data.
• Own process documentation and improve planning templates.
• Monitor performance metrics and lead continuous improvement.
• Produce weekly/monthly reporting packs with insights.
• Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, delivering on time.
• Proactively troubleshoot service delivery issues.
