Turnberry Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Print Operations Coordinator to join the Business Transformation practice in Maplewood, MN. You will lead HP Managed Print initiatives, manage fleets, coordinate device lifecycle, and partner with HP and other vendors to optimize printing across sites.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields and 5+ years in print operations or IT infrastructure. Strong vendor management and ITSM skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in print operations or IT infrastructure management.
• Proven experience with HP Secure Print, HP Access Control, and enterprise print environments.
• Excellent communication, vendor management and project leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of ITSM tools and asset lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and support of HP Managed Print.
• Administer global HP managed print fleet, including monochrome and color utilization tracking.
• Coordinate device placement, lease management, and end of life processing.
• Collaborate with vendors (e.g., HP) for maintenance and reporting.
• Coordinate outsourced print support teams and contingent workers during transitions or cutovers.
• Provide technical standards, documentation, and training for print support teams.
• Interface with ITSM systems for asset tracking and incident resolution.
• Lead discovery and design efforts to consolidate and optimize printer models and footprint.
• Support migrations and reduce stranded costs in legacy environments.
