Responsibilities

• Designate production management either to the contract representative or HQ/LSC coordinator.
• Provide an onsite designated representative during bank business hours.
• Manage HR matters and report issues to the contract manager.
• Oversee HQ print centers and coordinate workloads to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Act as liaison between customer service and production coordination.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery across all HQ print facilities.
