Job summary

District Photo Inc. seeks a Print Technology Manager to lead multi-site print operations, optimize uptime, quality, and cost-efficiency. You will liaise with Canon, Ricoh, and HP to identify and implement innovative production solutions, while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and external partners.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, staff development, and performance reporting to sustain manufacturing excellence across District Photo's digital labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in digital print technology, manufacturing engineering, equipment reliability, process engineering, or technical operations leadership.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall uptime of presses and optimize output.
• Maintain planned maintenance schedules and engage with internal/external partners for escalations.
• Drive improvements using Lean, RCA, and CI methodologies to reduce waste and improve uptime.
• Lead capital equipment projects, including installation, commissioning, validation, and performance optimization.
