• Three years of experience in office management or staff work with budgeting or procurement.
• Experience in the Printing Manufacturing industry.
• Experience with customer service and leading projects.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction on print, mail, and signage needs with strong customer relationships.
• Track project requirements from initial contact through final shipment and plan production.
• Create and review detailed print specifications and supplier quotes for cost effectiveness.
• Monitor usage and ensure compliance with contract terms and vendor performance.
• Represent print and mail services at events and share best practice guidance with agencies.
