Job summary

Center City Print in Scranton is seeking a motivated sales representative to grow our Scranton location. This role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, contractors, and community groups to provide print, sign, blueprint, mailing, and marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with people. Print experience is helpful but not required; we value someone eager to learn our products, understand customer

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and customers.
• Self-motivated and able to follow up consistently.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
• Prior sales, customer service, print, marketing, or business development experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Kingston/Wilkes-Barre/Luzerne County business community is a plus.
• Print experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Scranton and Lackawanna County.
• Visit local businesses, offices, schools, nonprofits, and organizations to introduce Center City Print's services.
• Make outbound calls, send follow-up emails, and maintain regular contact with prospects and customers.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Help generate sales for printing, signs, banners, blueprints, direct mail, business cards, menus, forms, apparel, and more.
• Follow up on quotes, open opportunities, and past customers.
• Meet with customers to understand printing and marketing needs.
• Gather job details, coordinate with production, and manage timelines.
• Communicate order updates and ensure a positive customer experience.
