Job summary

AlphaGraphics West Houston is seeking an Account Representative to be the primary contact for customers, guiding projects from concept to completion. You will build relationships, prepare estimates, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams, driving growth through proactive service.

In this role you will learn our products and production processes, maintain accurate customer records, and communicate timelines and updates to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in print, signage, graphics, or related marketing services is a plus.
• Inside sales or account coordination experience is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As an Account Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping guide projects from concept through completion. You will build relationships, prepare estimates, process orders, coordinate with internal departments, and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts through outstanding service and proactive communication.

• Coordinate with production, design, mailing, and finishing teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Communicate timelines, project updates, and potential challenges proactively.
• Follow up on estimates, open opportunities, and existing accounts to generate repeat business.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and activity within company systems.
• Learn our products, services, and production processes to provide informed recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications

Preferred experience includes one or more of the following:

• Print, signage, graphics, promotional products, marketing services, packaging, or related industry
• Inside sales, customer service, project coordination, or account representative
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members

Experience with the following systems is helpful but not required:

• PrintSmith Vision
• Google Workspace
• Adobe Creative Suite
• XMPIE
• Mailing software
• Avaza or similar project management software
• EOS/Strety concepts and tools
