Fidelity Information Services, LLC is seeking a Workforce Architect Principal to lead the translation of evolving work into workforce implications. You will guide design, roles, skills, capacity and structure while partnering with Product, Technology, Risk, and HR teams to enable AI-enabled transformation and strategic workforce decisions.

You bring hands-on experience in product and technology, design thinking and executive influence, and you will mentor the Workforce Architect and Analyst

Formación

• Substantial product development, product management, service design or technology-transformation experience.
• Ability to apply AI, automation and agent concepts to real work and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Experience leading complex discovery and decision-making across senior stakeholder groups.
• Strong design-thinking, problem-solving, solutioning, facilitation and executive-influence skills.
• Ability to move between enterprise outcomes and detailed changes in work and structure.
• Courage to challenge assumptions and create credible options when no clear answer exists.
• Experience turning analysis into executable workforce or organizational decisions.
