FIS is seeking a Workforce Architect Principal to own enterprise workforce translation and guide functions through structured discovery and future-state design. You will translate new work into roles, skills, capacity, and organizational structure, advising leaders on workforce implications and investment choices.

The role requires product and technology experience, AI fluency, and executive influence. You may participate directly in redesigns during early pilots while building scalable

Qualifikationen

• Substantial product development, product management, service design or technology-transformation experience.
• Experience applying AI, automation and agents to real work with hands-on design and analysis.
• Ability to lead complex discovery and decision-making across senior stakeholders without owning the work.
• Strong design-thinking, problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate analysis into executable workforce decisions.
