Qualifications

• Ten years of design experience.
• Available online portfolio.
• Experience with UI design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Lifecycle design from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Set UX vision and influence the strategic product roadmap.
• Develop working prototypes to learn and iterate quickly.
• Facilitate work sessions with executive leaders.
• Own design of end-to-end product experiences and features.
• Lead design through all phases of the lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Champion human-centered design culture.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional partners on new ideas.
• Model Amazon Leadership Principles in the team.
• Provide coaching to grow junior designers into leaders.
• Create and drive adoption of design guidelines and tools.
