You will collaborate with product, engineering, and senior leadership to drive AI-enabled UX innovations at scale, delivering delightful experiences for customers and partners within AWS.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of design experience.
• Available online portfolio demonstrating design work.
• Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
• Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution.
• Hands-on proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex design solutions where the product strategy may not be fully defined.
• Analyze customer problems and data to design delightful solutions at scale.
• Lead strategic alignment across teams using expertise in UX disciplines and processes.
• Create user-centered designs through research, analysis, and close collaboration with product and business partners.
• Rapidly prototype user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new initiatives.
• Communicate design work clearly to leadership and across different audiences.
• Apply systems-level design thinking to drive scalable solutions.
• Ship features from concept to design to implementation and through to roll-out.
