Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience providing transaction advisory services in a professional services firm.
• Experience with merger & acquisitions and financial due diligence.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements from start to finish.
• Mentor and coach staff to develop technical and professional skills.
• Engage with clients to deliver guidance and business recommendations; drive engagements to profitability.
