Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; master's desirable.
• CPA or CFA a plus.
• 15+ years experience in transaction advisory in a professional services firm.
• Experience with merger & acquisitions and financial due diligence; relationships with private equity firms.
• Strong management, analytical, organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and deliver high-quality client service.

• Proactively engage with clients to understand business goals and objectives.
• Advise, implement and deliver solutions related to all phases of the M&A life cycle.
• Provide valuable guidance and business recommendations.
• Deliver business insight through thoughtful review, analysis, and discussion.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver engagements and ensure client profitability targets are met.
• Network and build relationships with private equity firms to acquire new sources of business.
• Support the growth and development of team members and associates.
