Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Principal focused on Transaction Advisory Services to lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements across industries. You will work with firm leadership to serve clients, grow the business, and mentor staff.

As a senior leader, you will provide strategic guidance, manage cross-functional teams, and build relationships with private equity firms while advancing your own development and the firm’s growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of transaction advisory experience in a professional services firm.
• Experience with merger & acquisitions and financial due diligence.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and client-service skills; ability to manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements from start to finish.
• Engage with clients to understand business goals and objectives throughout the year.
• Advise, implement and deliver solutions across all phases of the M&A lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop staff, providing guidance and career development.
• Build and nurture relationships with private equity firms and clients to generate additional opportunities.
