Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; master’s desirable.
• CPA/CFA a plus.
• 15+ years’ experience in transaction advisory in a professional services firm.
• Must have experience with merger & acquisitions and financial due diligence.
• History of relationships with private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate ethical commitment.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted leader of buy-side and sell-side due diligence/quality of engagement.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand business goals and objectives.
• Advise and deliver solutions across all phases of the M&A lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and business recommendations to clients.
• Deliver insights through review, analysis and discussion.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver engagements and profitability targets.
• Network with private equity and other sources to acquire new opportunities.
• Support professional development and mentorship of staff.
