Job summary

Chase is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to steer multi-faceted tech programs across Consumer & Community Banking Core Engineering Solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources and budgets, and drive AI-assisted program planning and governance to deliver measurable outcomes.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, translating complex risk into actionable plans, with strong communication to stakeholders and a focus on continuous improvement and enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management
• Experience using enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to support technical workflows
• Ability to review AI‑assisted plans and risks with strong data handling awareness
• Analytical reasoning to break down objectives into actionable tasks
• Proven ability to lead through change in high‑pressure environments
• Advanced stakeholder management and driving outcomes aligned with firm goals
• Experience leading technology modernization, security, or regulatory transformation
• Ability to coordinate across architecture, engineering, operations and control functions

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic program plans, align with goals, and oversee execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, dependency/risk synthesis, and executive reporting.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, clients, and teams, providing direction and decision procedures.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and best practices.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for governance and continuous improvement.
• Establish governance, issue resolution, escalation paths, and decision forums for milestones.
• Partner with technology, architecture, security, and business to translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Monitor program health with data‑driven metrics and identify delivery risks and remediation opportunities.
• Coordinate large-scale change initiatives across multiple lines of business for adoption and readiness.
