Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management in a large organization.
• Experience with governance, controls, and issue management.
• Strong executive communications and leadership support skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio-wide controls, risk, governance, and reporting.
• Lead planning and execution for technology programs and leadership priorities.
• Develop program plans, governance cadence, milestones, and action plans.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis.
• Drive issue management, remediation plans, and executive transparency.
• Partner with engineering, product, controls, and business management to define scope, objectives, and dependencies.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and governance updates.
