Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program management workflows with validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and adhering to data handling expectations.

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, consolidating inputs into integrated plans and executive-ready updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Use advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for governance and reporting with human review.
