Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in customer insights, strategy, analytics, or management consulting.
• Experience advising senior executives on complex decisions; you can lead with the answer and drive a VP to a decision in one conversation.
• Structured problem solver who breaks down ambiguous problems into a scoped plan with a clear approach, timeline, and owners.
• Hands-on practitioner who personally designs, executes, and analyzes insights projects end to end.
• Multi-method thinker who blends survey, qualitative, behavioral analysis, and industry intelligence.
• Strong business judgment connecting customer signals to strategy and outcomes.
• Influence without authority; builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across product, design, marketing, analytics, and operations.
• Self-starter who identifies questions worth asking and overcomes roadblocks.
• AI-forward; actively uses AI to accelerate insights work.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in corporate strategy/operations.
• FinTech, SaaS, or small-business software background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to VP/Director+ leaders—define strategy questions, build learning plans, and advise on high-stakes decisions.
• Partner with Business Operations to embed customer signal into operating rhythms and planning cycles.
• Lead complex, ambiguous strategy projects from framing to recommendation with a clear POV.
• Mobilize insights by framing option sets, tradeoffs, and execution paths with measurable outcomes.
• Build AI-native ways of working and tools to democratize access to customer truth.
• Advance listening and intelligence infrastructure across the business and CI/AI initiatives.
• Raise the craft bar; mentor others and develop reusable AI-native frameworks and playbooks.
