Intuit, Inc. in Mountain View seeks a Principal to act as both senior strategic advisor and hands-on builder. You will shape strategy, align leadership, and drive high-impact initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
You will own ambiguous problems, structure execution plans, and directly drive outcomes that unlock durable growth, including AI-enabled opportunities and operating-system improvements guiding leadership reviews.
Strategy and Operations helps define where we're going and helps the organization focus on and execute against the most important work for Mid-Market, one of Intuit's biggest bets and fastest growing businesses. That is done in five ways: (1) shaping the strategy and vision for where we are going and what we want to achieve, (2) driving the rigor behind how we plan, (3) quarterbacking the highest impact work streams that cut across segments and functions, (4) building the operating systems that hold us accountable to what we said we would do, and (5) finding the next big bets before anyone else does.
We are hiring a Principal who can operate as both a senior strategic advisor and a hands-on builder: someone who can identify where the business should go next, shape that point of view with senior leadership, and personally drive the work that turns it into durable growth. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Strategy & Business Operations, Mid-Market, with the scope and visibility of someone operating at the center of the business: serving as a critical partner to our VPs of Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success & Delivery, and becoming the person senior leaders come to for advice, fast clarity, and an unvarnished read on where things really stand.
This is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just coordinate work. You will structure ambiguous problems, establish priorities, and personally engage in the most complex and high-impact work, whether that means uncovering the next growth vector before anyone else sees it, figuring out where AI can meaningfully change how we serve mid-market businesses, or building the operating system that turns a bold idea into a shipped outcome.
