CVS Health is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to define and drive the technical direction for the organization and to work with enterprise teams on mobile strategy. You will be a hands-on contributor and mentor, shaping reliability, security, and operability from day one.

You will partner with product, architecture, and engineering leadership to balance speed, quality and long-term maintainability while embedding testing, observability, and CI/CD practices across applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on IT experience in systems analysis, design and development.
• 5+ years in design of scalable mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• 3+ years in CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 1+ years in AI/ML tech and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Responsibilities

• Architect and steer technical direction, standards, and methodology.
• Lead the Technical Advisory council for cross-department projects.
• Develop strategic multi-year technical roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals.
• Act as senior contributor on strategic initiatives and architectures.
• Advance DevSecOps maturity and CI/CD across stacks.
