Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience in systems analysis, design and development.
• 7+ years in Java, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin.
• 5+ years building scalable mobile architectures and leading long-term decisions.
• 5+ years managing stakeholders and technical solutions.
• 3+ years CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years setting engineering standards and mentoring engineers.
• 1+ years AI, Generative AI, or ML frameworks familiarity.
• 1+ years Flutter experience.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence engineering direction.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and standards for department.
• Lead Architectural reviews and advise cross-dept projects.
• Develop multi-year technical roadmap aligned with enterprise tech roadmap.
