Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on information technology experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
• 7+ years of development in Java, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin.
• 5+ years of scalable mobile architectures experience (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• 5+ years of stakeholder requirements and technical solutions experience.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation experience.
• 3+ years setting engineering standards and mentoring engineers.
• 1+ years of AI tech familiarity (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc).
• 1+ years of Flutter experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Architect and set technical direction; influence standards and tool selection.
• Develop strategic technical roadmaps and align with enterprise goals.
• Lead Technical Leads and standardization across stacks and frameworks.
• Act as senior technical contributor on strategic initiatives and drive delivery.
• Identify and implement DevSecOps maturity improvements and CI/CD tooling.
