Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Principal Sales Specialist, Emerging Technologies - Construction to lead strategic sales initiatives across Enterprise accounts in the Owners space. You will partner with EAEs, technical specialists, and partners to drive revenue, expansion, and adoption of innovative construction technologies.

You bring 7–10+ years in B2B technology sales, with a strong focus on complex, enterprise-level deals, value-based selling, and ROI discussions.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of progressive experience in B2B technology sales.
3–5+ years selling complex or emerging technologies, SaaS, or platform-based solutions.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI narratives.
Comfort engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and drive new, upsell, and cross-sell Emerging Technologies opportunities across assigned accounts.
Guide AEs and ARs through co-selling motions to accelerate customer growth and adoption of Emerging Technologies.
Deliver expert-level product knowledge within Construction solution areas and tailor use cases to customer needs.
Formulate and execute strategic selling initiatives to grow new revenue streams and scale adoption.
Articulate differentiated business value and ROI in customer conversations.
Develop, maintain, and report accurate sales forecasts for Emerging Technologies opportunities.
Lead or support complex negotiations and renewal discussions with customers and partners.
