Jobgether SRL partner company seeks a Principal Sales leader to drive growth in Cloud & AI components across hyperscalers, AI companies, and data centers. You will guide direct and indirect sales strategies, engage with senior executives, and translate market opportunities into successful commercial outcomes.

A key focus is driving design wins and adoption of interconnect solutions in data centers and cloud ecosystems, leveraging an established industry network to anticipate AI infrastructure

Qualifications

• 15+ years of direct hardware, semiconductor, or component sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Cloud & AI infrastructure markets.
• Strong experience selling semiconductor, component, or electro-optic solutions into hyperscale and cloud customers.
• Deep knowledge of electro-optic solutions, data center architectures, switching and routing platforms.
• Ability to build business plans and sales strategies from the ground up.
• Established relationships with hyperscalers, senior executives, and decision-makers.
• Proven ability to secure design wins and drive solution adoption.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and data center markets.
• Leadership, collaboration, and influencing across multiple functions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience in fast-changing markets.
• High integrity and transparent business dealings.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 35%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to market and sell the components portfolio.
• Build and execute business plans that drive sustained sales growth.
• Drive adoption of electro-optic assemblies, modules, and IP across data centers and networks.
• Develop strategic relationships with priority customers and expand penetration.
• Engage with senior executives and key decision-makers across Cloud & AI ecosystems.
• Lead design wins and solution adoption through OEM/ODM channels.
• Coordinate with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Services, and Finance to execute strategies.
• Maintain accurate reporting on opportunities, pipeline development, and progress.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM, bid management apps, and CLM tools for sales ops.
• Travel approximately 35% to meet customers and partners.
