The role leads a multidisciplinary team across North America and Europe, aligning commercial objectives with long-term priorities and coordinating with Operations, Engineering, R&D, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. This is a high-impact executive role driving growth in AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
• Experience selling to hyperscale cloud providers and data center operators.
• Proven track record leading global commercial teams.
• Experience negotiating strategic contracts and multi-year partnerships.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and fiber optic tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Prysmian's global hyperscale growth strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team of commercial leaders, technical experts, and product managers.
• Establish trusted executive-level relationships with hyperscale organizations.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and global partnerships.
• Provide market insights and strategic guidance to executive leadership.
