Job summary

Ladders is seeking a GCN Principal Sales, Cloud & AI Components to drive strategic component sales across priority accounts, with a focus on electro-optic solutions used in data centers and OEM environments.

Remote role available for US-based candidates; you will blend deep technical knowledge with commercial execution, manage pipelines, and collaborate across functions to grow adoption of advanced networking technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of direct hardware, semiconductor, or component sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of electro-optic solutions and data center architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the company’s components portfolio.
• Create business plans to support sales growth in priority accounts.
• Drive sales of electro-optic assemblies and modules into data centers and OEMs.
• Exceed sales targets across assigned accounts and market segments.
• Promote collaboration across corporate functions.
• Utilize sales tools effectively, including Salesforce CRM and CLM tools.
• Maintain accurate reporting on sales strategies and progress.
