Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Principal Semiconductor Fab In-Process RF Test Engineer to join our RF Microelectronics/Module Development & Foundry Services team. You will work on testing advanced GaAs/GaN devices on the foundry floor and support production roadmaps.

The role requires a strong background in RF semiconductor testing, with leadership in in-process tests, equipment qualification, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• 10+ years of RF semiconductor testing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise in-process RF measurements on GaAs and GaN MMICs, transistors and test structures.
• Improve test procedures and address test-related yield issues.
• Consult on new equipment purchases to increase test speed, accuracy, and throughput.
• Drive install, qualification, and process matching of new test equipment in the foundry.
• Trouble-shoot test issues and mentor test engineers.
