Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Senior Section Lead for RF Production Testing within our semiconductor foundry. You will lead a team of skilled engineers, oversee daily operations, and improve production testing. A bachelor's degree in a STEM field and over ten years of relevant experience in semiconductor testing are required.

The salary range for this role is $132,400 to $251,600, with benefits including medical and 401(k) match. This position is located in Andover, Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years experience in semiconductor testing including DC and RF.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
• Cost Account Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of DC and RF production test areas.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance yields.
• Review and oversee project schedules and costs.
