We are seeking a Senior Section Lead – RF Production Test, Semiconductor Fab to join our semiconductor foundry engineering leadership team within the RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services Department. The role will direct a group of test engineers to perform DC and RF in‑process testing on Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) fabricated in our on‑site foundry. The candidate will manage project schedules and costs, drive improvement initiatives, enhance yields, and interface with operations and higher‑level leadership.
Competitive salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD. Eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, staff assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Benefits vary by business unit and collective‑bargaining agreement. Short‑term and long‑term incentive compensation programs may be available.
Location: 358 Lowell St, Andover, MA (AR1 DUKES BLDG). Full‑time on‑site position.
