An exciting opportunity exists at Raytheon for a Principal Semiconductor Fab In-Process RF Test Engineer to join our semiconductor foundry engineering team within the RF Microelectronics/Module Development & Foundry Services Department. The successful candidate in this role would work with a group of skilled RF test engineers to test advanced microelectronic devices in accordance with various technology roadmaps in support of Raytheon’s business pursuits. These road maps consist of both near term efforts on the cusp of transition-to-production, as well as longer term development efforts that maintain a pipeline of innovation. The ideal candidate will possess experience in production testing and III-V semiconductor processing, with a preference for expertise in GaAs, GaN, GaSb, or acoustic devices.
Presence on the foundry floor is essential for understanding technical and logistical issues. The role requires a large degree of multitasking with attention to detail while managing priorities depending on the nature of the problems and the commitments to customers and programs.
This role will be 100% on-site and based in Andover, MA.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
