Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA, is seeking a Principal Semiconductor Fab In-Process RF Test Engineer to join our RF Microelectronics/Module Development & Foundry Services team. The role focuses on in-process RF measurements for GaAs/GaN devices, with opportunities to drive test improvements and equipment qualification.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in RF semiconductor testing, a STEM degree, and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance. This is a 100% onsite role based in Andover, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM.
• 10+ years of RF semiconductor testing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise in-process RF measurements on GaAs and GaN MMICs, transistors and test structures.
• Improve test procedures to address test-related yield issues.
• Consult on new equipment purchases to increase test speed, accuracy, and throughput.
• Drive install, qualification, and process matching of new test equipment in the foundry.
• Trouble-shoot test issues and mentor test engineers.
