Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Designer on Product Growth to own design strategy, craft, and outcomes for a major company bet spanning acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, and retention across the customer lifecycle.

You will set design direction across product areas, collaborate with PM, eng, data science, and marketing, and lead an AI-first design approach with systems thinking and high craft.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on product design experience in enterprise, platform, or complex B2B products with broad problem-space experience.
• Track record of driving ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives to outcomes.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of design, product, and engineering under pressure.
• Deep fluency with AI as a design material and AI-native product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the design strategy and vision for a major product area across lifecycle experiences.
• Directly accountable for experience quality and business metrics (conversion, activation, engagement, retention).
• Drive an AI-first design strategy, reimagining end-to-end customer journeys around AI at the center.
• Set high-velocity design and experimentation standards from discovery to rapid prototyping and testing.
• Elevate design craft across the team and ensure cohesive product experiences; mentor designers.
