Job summary

Hopper is seeking a Principal Product Manager for HTS Assist, its agentic AI assistant for travel. You will own the customer-facing conversational agent end to end, shaping flows and interfaces with partner design teams and our in-house designers.

Day-to-day includes roadmapping for chat/voice, partnering with enterprise clients, and hands-on design in Figma—plus prototyping with AI tools and defining quality standards across the product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including principal or lead ownership of a customer-facing product.
• Design fluency, able to produce flows and basic mocks solo in Figma and lead lean teams.
• Ability to write enough code to prototype without engineers, using AI tools as part of the build.
• Hands-on front-end experience with web front ends and credible with engineers.
• Deep partner-facing experience with enterprise clients, shaping requirements and launch decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice, including interfaces partners embed in their apps and websites.
• Engage enterprise partners through discovery, requirement shaping, and launch decisions.
• Partner with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding.
• Drive design daily, creating flows and wireframes in Figma and working with design on high-fidelity assets.
• Build working prototypes using AI coding tools to test conversation flows and interfaces.
• Define and defend quality bars with the evaluation team across resolution rate, containment, escalation, and conversation quality.
• Specify agent behavior in detail, including tone, escalation policy, guardrails, and edge cases, iterating from production data.
• Stay close to GTM, Partner Solutions, and Success teams to feed learnings back into the roadmap.
