Job summary

Hopper seeks a Principal Product Manager to own the customer-facing conversational agent end‑to‑end, shaping flows and interfaces in close partnership with partner design teams and our internal design group.

You will own the roadmap across chat and voice, translate partner asks into product decisions, and lead implementation with Partner Solutions. Prototyping with AI tools is encouraged to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with customer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice.
• Engage enterprise partners through discovery, requirements, and launch decisions.
• Partner with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding.
• Drive design daily in Figma to produce flows and wireframes, and collaborate on assets.
• Build prototypes using AI coding tools to test flows and interfaces.
• Define and defend quality bars with the evaluation team (resolution, containment, escalation).
• Specify agent behavior, tone, escalation policy, and edge cases; iterate from production data.
• Stay close to GTM, Partner Solutions, and Success teams to feed field learnings back.
