Job summary

Courier Health, a NYC-based team, seeks a Principal Product Manager for API & Integrations to scale integrations into a reusable platform. You will define the API strategy, standardize data models, and create reusable connectors that accelerate customer launches and reduce bespoke work.

You’ll own the public API, ensure security and scalability, and drive a partner ecosystem with documentation, testing, and an operating model.

Qualifications

• Built APIs, integrations, data products, or developer platforms for enterprise customers.
• Turned bespoke customer work into reusable products that improved launch speed or reliability.
• Security and privacy are design requirements from day one, especially with health data.
• Experience with regulated environments such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or GxP.

Responsibilities

• Define Courier’s API and integration strategy and platform abstractions.
• Turn patterns from past implementations into shared data models and connectors.
• Own public API, webhook layer, and evolve contracts with a focus on security and quality.
• Build tooling, documentation, certification, and operating model for ecosystem growth.
