Job summary

Spring Health seeks a Principal Product Manager for the Provider Platform to define and build the next generation of the provider experience. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data, and operations to deliver a cohesive platform that supports clinical care, practice management, referrals, and billing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with ownership of platform products.
• Proven track record of setting product strategy and delivering platform evolution or large-scale transformations.
• Experience building products for professional users whose workflows and outcomes are critical to the business.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment linking product decisions to customer value and business performance.
• Technical fluency and collaboration with engineering on architecture, data, and sequencing decisions.
• Rigorous discovery and measurement combining qualitative research and data-driven analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership through ambiguity, tradeoffs, and execution across teams.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for senior leadership.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, fintech, or similarly regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Spring Health’s provider platform.
• Understand providers' needs across care delivery, practice, and caseload models.
• Create a provider experience that supports clinical care, practice management, referrals, scheduling, and billing.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and unify the provider journey.
• Lead evolution of mature products while maintaining reliability and trust.
• Collaborate with operations, network, clinical, finance, and commercial leaders to align decisions with outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data, operations, and GTM.
• Establish adoption and change-management approaches for a large provider network.
• Use research, data, and financial analysis to identify needs and investment tradeoffs.
• Define and measure success in retention, engagement, and administration metrics.
• Communicate strategy and risks clearly to executives and stakeholders.
