Job summary

CreatorIQ is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Integrations, to own API strategy and partner integrations across REST, GraphQL, and real‑time workflows. You will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable connection points between the creator ecosystem and external platforms, shaping product requirements and integration standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software experience with at least 3+ years building out product APIs.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing workflows across RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and real-time Webhooks.
• Proven expertise in handling bi-directional data structures (JSON/XML) and modern authentication frameworks (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys).
• Experience designing with iPaaS solutions (Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier) to accelerate partner connectivity.
• Experience interfacing directly with clients to design and support solution implementations considering Voice of the Customer.
• Experience working with sales and enablement teams to understand customer needs and act as the API stakeholder.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making; DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of Influencer Marketing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and justify product enhancements, technical capabilities, and integration standards across our platform.
• Oversee the Integrations development process to ensure implementation aligns with customer needs and company vision; broker inbound ingestion and outbound publishing.
• Analyze customer specifications to determine optimal integration architecture with technical leads.
• Articulate the integration vision and translate it into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs for engineering teams.
• Facilitate scenario-based technical discussions with enterprise clients, ecosystem partners, and integration marketplaces.
• Demonstrate ownership of the full life-cycle of Integration and SDK products, from strategy to GTM collaboration.
• Work with business units and marketing to define the global go-to-market strategy for attracting 3P integration users and partners.
