Job summary

PHIL Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager who acts like a General Manager to lead partnerships and integrations strategy.

You will own defining business requirements and roadmap for delivering quick wins and long-term scalability, collaborating with Business Development, Engineering, Design, and Pharmacy Operations to expand capabilities and improve efficiency. Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with 3+ years translating business strategy into requirements.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, EHR, payer integrations.
• Proven ability to define and drive product strategy in regulated, mission-critical domains.
• Strong data focus with KPIs and SLAs.
• Deep understanding of technical systems and collaboration with engineers.
• Ability to influence senior leadership on product strategy and prioritization.
• Passion for improving patient care through scalable systems design.
• Experience using AI in product solutions and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for PHIL’s external integrations (EHRs, payers, third‑party providers).
• Benchmark against industry best practices to deliver best‑in‑class services.
• Drive quality and speed improvements through optimized platform capabilities.
• Develop platform capabilities to support new therapeutic categories and patient management.
• Set long‑term success metrics and align roadmap with outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Lead discovery and user research to identify top opportunities and prioritize focus.
• Mentor the product team and elevate capabilities through thought leadership.
