Job summary

Aline is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead high-impact system integrations across our platform. You will design, deliver, and optimize API-driven integrations with third-party systems and internal apps, aligning with our platform strategy and AI-enhanced workflows.

You will work with engineering, architecture, implementation, and external partner teams to ensure reliable, scalable integrations across marketing, sales, clinical, financial, and operations in the senior living ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven experience delivering integrations between software systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Comfort using AI-assisted workflows to improve documentation, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Experience with offshore or distributed development teams.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML).
• Healthcare interoperability familiarity (HL7, FHIR) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and partner with engineering to design API integrations.
• Translate business workflows into technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering on API design, data mapping, and architecture decisions.
• Use AI-assisted tools to analyze API documents and clarify edge cases.
• Own end-to-end delivery of integrations from concept to production.
• Write detailed PRDs for API-based integrations.
• Define field-level data mappings and transformation logic.
• Coordinate discovery sessions with integration partners.
• Review partner API docs for feasibility and acceptance criteria.
• Support post-launch issue triage and iteration.
• Document integration processes for internal teams and customers.
• Engage with clients occasionally to gather new requirements.
