Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Product Development Platforms. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-first platforms that empower product planning, delivery, and knowledge sharing across Zillow’s ecosystem.

You will partner with the Product Accelerator team to shape investments, retire legacy tools where needed, and translate strategy into actionable priorities. This is a senior, autonomous role that drives cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with technical platforms or enterprise software.
• Owned a platform end to end including strategy, roadmap, adoption, and renewal.
• Experience using AI-building tools (e.g., Claude, Replit, Cursor) to inform product development.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first product development platforms.
• Own end-to-end delivery and drive adoption across Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and vendor roadmaps for core platforms.
• Mentor product managers and partner with cross-functional teams to raise product quality.
