Zillow is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Directed Workflows on the Zillow Home Loans product team. Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, leading complex systems across teams and journeys.
• Shipping agentic or decisioning products as a closed loop: design AI harness and eval infrastructure.
• Experience shaping sales or service strategy with business leaders, tying processes to jobs and value.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-year product vision for Directed Workflows as an AI-first service system.
• Define the sales/service process the system encodes: customer jobs, value at each stage, and advocacy.
• Design the AI harness: context, tools, memory, orchestration, guardrails; decide what model should reason vs. act.
• Own the eval infrastructure to score decisions and learn from operator feedback and experiments.
• Sequence pilots to platform, retire or redesign patterns that don't move metrics across the journey.
• Influence across Zillow to align customer, agent, and operator experiences as a single service.
