Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in product management for technology products.
• Experience owning a platform portfolio and influencing multiple teams.
• Strong technical fluency in CI/CD, Kubernetes, clouds, and observability.
• Hands-on AI-native development perspective with AI tooling and assistants.
• Proven track record driving platform standards adoption with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Define and evolve a cohesive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the AI SDLC.
• Treat the platform as a product with golden paths, paved-road templates, and self-service capabilities.
• Embed AI-native tooling across the workflow from authoring to release.
• Drive adoption and migration across teams using defaults and enablement content.
• Set targets for metrics reflecting developer impact and guide investments.
• Represent strategy with senior leaders and stakeholders, surfacing risks and trade-offs.
