Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Directed Workflows to drive AI-first service design across engagement and loan production. You will define the product vision, partner with Sales and Ops to map customer jobs, and build the AI harness, memory, and guardrails guiding agent behavior and outcomes.

Lead evaluation infrastructure, run experiments, and scale pilots into a platform, influencing senior leaders and ensuring seamless customer, agent, and operations experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience leading complex systems across teams
• Experience shipping agentic or decisioning products as a closed loop
• Experience shaping sales or service strategy with business leaders
• Strong analytical ability using data and experiments

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-year product vision for Directed Workflows as an AI-first service system spanning engagement and loan production
• Design the AI harness turning process into AI agent behavior: context, tools, memory, orchestration, guardrails
• Own the eval infrastructure to score AI outputs and run production experiments
• Sequence pilots to platform, expand successful patterns across financing journey
• Influence across Zillow to align customer, agent, and operator experiences
