Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of high-impact product initiatives at enterprise scale. You will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape customer experiences across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management for technology products.
• Experience leading complex consumer or platform products at scale.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and mentoring other product managers or cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a cohesive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for a critical product area.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization using data, experimentation, and customer insights.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations) to deliver scalable, high-quality product experiences.
• Evaluate and refine product performance using quantitative and qualitative inputs, defining success metrics and iterating on features and user journeys.
• Represent the product strategy with senior leaders and key stakeholders, communicating narratives and surfacing risks and trade-offs.
