Job summary

Zillow seeks a Principal Product Manager, Directed Workflows, to define and drive the AI-first service across engagement and loan production. You will shape the AI harness, context, tools, memory, orchestration, and guardrails to specify what agents reason over and what work they produce.

You will own the evaluation infrastructure, run experiments, and ensure outcomes move the metrics across the financing journey, partnering with Sales and Ops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience across complex, multi-team journeys.
• Shipping agentic or decisioning products with an AI-driven loop and eval infra.
• Experience shaping sales or service strategy with executives and ops leaders.
• Strong analytics using data, experiments, and model evaluation to improve outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on strategy and trade-offs.
• Nice to have: mortgage or lending experience; familiarity with workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-year product vision for Directed Workflows as an AI-first service.
• Design the AI harness with context, tools, memory, orchestration, and guardrails.
• Own the eval infrastructure to score AI decisions and run experiments.
• Scale outcomes by sequencing pilots and expanding successful patterns.
• Influence Zillow leaders to coordinate customer, agent, and ops experiences.
