Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Principal Product Manager – Activation. You will own the end-to-end activation journey for newly signed vacation rental homeowners, transforming them into active partners with live, bookable properties.

In this role you will lead a data-driven product roadmap, drive experiments, automate onboarding, and partner with analytics, operations, and lifecycle marketing to improve activation rates and time-to-launch while supporting long-term retention and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management with onboarding/activation focus.
• Experience in two-sided marketplaces or operations-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the activation roadmap from signup to live, bookable listings and 180-day activations.
• Identify barriers to onboarding and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Lead product strategy translating customer needs into prioritized initiatives.
• Automate onboarding tasks and enable self-service processes.
• Manage experimentation lifecycle and measure outcomes by cohort.
• Collaborate with analytics to instrument and analyze activation metrics.
• Partner with Onboarding, Operations, and Lifecycle Marketing teams.
• Coordinate with Funnel Conversion PM for seamless signup-to-activation flow.
• Engage with property owners to understand needs and translate into requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, research and data analysis.
